We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness and cozy ambiance of the room were very impressive. The hotel facilities were modern and well-kept. The location next to the train station and close proximity to the airport made our transportation very convenient. Additionally, the early morning breakfast ensured that we didn't miss out on a meal due to our early flight.

The breakfast selection was extensive, with both cooked and continental options available. The hotel's location, right next to a busy railway line, didn't bother us as we couldn't hear the trains. The proximity to the station made it convenient for our day trips into London. a great value for money stay.

Some of the staff could have been more attentive and accommodating, especially when it came to providing basic amenities like shower caps.

The best aspects of my Christmas stay were the easy accessibility of the hotel from the airport and its close proximity to the train station. It was a relief to be able to walk to the hotel right after landing and not have to worry about transportation. the breakfast buffet was a delight, with a variety of options including fresh waffles and a delicious full English breakfast. It was the perfect way to start the day.

Rooms are spacious and family-friendly. Breakfast offers a wide range of delicious options. Coffee could be stronger. Comfortable beds and disability access. Avoided a bathroom flood after showering.
